分离了背景为上下区域 优化了对16:10的显示
针对莫名出现的黑块 在左下添加了reload刷新按钮

优化了html代码 下落物使用了随机角度
取消了右下角reload按钮(黑块问题好像莫名消失了)

经大家建议后尝试了把旋转动画加到snowfall的flakeobj生成函数中 但结果失败了...
做为css属性的话又会出现旋转动画的旋转中心问题..可能是我有毒=.=
